Refund policy

Returns

Currently, I do not accept returns for products purchased from my shop. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Refunds

A full refund can be issued only if you decide to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: If you place an order before a delivery disruption has been placed, you are eligible for a full refund.

A 50% refund can be issued if the order has been shipped and tracked shipping has been applied. We cannot be held responsible for orders that have been lost after the order has been shipped without tracked shipping.

We will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
